I always love ringing in Chinese New Year with my feng🧧shui sisters. I’m blessed to have collected so many friends over the years of studying and living the wisdom of this ancient practice together.
Last year, we entered the Year of the snake and endured many changes. We’ve shed a lot since then, old patterns, beliefs and ways of being … some planned, some forced, yet all necessary.
It’s time to greet the Chinese New Year and step into the spirited Year of the Horse—a year infused with movement, vitality, and forward momentum. In Chinese astrology, the Horse symbolizes freedom, confidence, passion, and purposeful action. Its energy invites us to lift our gaze toward new horizons and to move with courage toward what calls us next.
The 2026 Horse carries the element of Fire, amplifying themes of visibility, inspiration, and heart-centered leadership. Fire brings illumination—it shines light on what is ready to grow and what is ready to be released. After quieter cycles of planning and recalibration, this year encourages bold expression, renewed enthusiasm, and meaningful progress. It asks us not simply to stay busy, but to move with intention and authenticity. It will be another sixty years for this type of energy to emerge again so enjoy this epic time of transition!
